Michelle Carvajal embodies all the core values of kindness, unity, humility, and patience. Since joining HealthView, she has consistently gone above and beyond to offer her assistance to teammates. Michelle’s willingness to lend a helping hand, coupled with her calm and supportive demeanor, makes her an invaluable part of our team. The Rising Star Award is given to an employee who has shown extraordinary potential and growth, surpassing expectations. This individual continuously pushes themselves to grow, learn, and exceed goals, demonstrating limitless capability and promise for further growth within the company. Kyari’s journey with HealthView began as a volunteer, and within just a year, she earned a promotion and has significantly advanced our marketing efforts. In 2024, Kyari successfully led two major initiatives: the Great Places to Work program, where HealthView earned an outstanding score of 95%, and the revamping of our website and social media presence. Kyari’s exceptional performance and dedication have taken our marketing efforts to the next level, and she will continue to expand her skills by attending the Great Places to Work conference in 2025.
